I am questioning if you could run a black board, say thin plywood and even foam core, across the inside of the cabinet legs, just like a wood toe kick. Not the best way you want the cabinet to look ideally but would cover vacuum pipe. We really needed to maintain it the same shade because the window trim in the adjoining dining area.
